Feedback & responses

The editors welcome feedback on all aspects of the journal.

Responses to specific articles - and/or theoretical issues arising from particular volumes - are particularly welcome and may be made either as informal e-mail communications or as ‘letters to the editors’ intended for broader circulation.

If particular matters arise that attract debate from a number of readers we will consider opening a dedicated online debate section on the website and/or aggregating responses into a published response.
